YF200 is a 900M ultra-high frequency module launched by Yifan Cloud Technology, compatible with ISO18000-6C/EPC Gen2 protocol. The power supply voltage is 3.3V-5.5V. The data communication interface is TTL UART(3.3V), and the communication rate is 57600bps.
When the module transmits 20dBm power, the peak power consumption is 200mA, and the average power consumption is determined by the parameters such as the video disk memory speed. RFF200 module is suitable for short distance handheld phone, mobile phone accessories, desktop card issuers, etc.
