Location tag
The location tag is attached to the surface of the location object. When the tag enters the signal coverage range of the base station, it automatically establishes contact with the base station and sends electromagnetic wave signals to determine the location of the tag. Each tag has a unique ID number, which can be used to locate the object, so that the positioning base station can find the actual location through the tag.
Positioning base station
The UWB base station is distributed at the geometric edge of the location area, and the signal coverage is carried out in this area. The main function of indoor positioning base station is to detect label data information and upload it to the server for summary analysis. A positioning system is generally composed of more than three positioning base stations, which can receive UWB signals sent by positioning terminals, analyze the relationship between them, calculate the signal propagation delay, calculate the distance between the pending positioning label and the base station through a specific algorithm, and then transmit to the positioning engine through the wired network or WLAN.
