First, application background

With the continuous development of modern information, wireless network is widely used. The original management mechanism of the hospital pharmacy is no longer suitable for the way of getting medicine from patients in today's era. There are many drugs in the hospital pharmacy and various kinds, so it is difficult to track down the wrong drugs when they are taken to patients accidentally. Although there are multiple Windows for different people to sell the medicine, but a large number of people to take the wrong medicine, the consequences will be unimaginable. It is difficult to trace the whereabouts of drugs or special drugs used in medical accidents through whom? Yifan Cloud Technology decided to use the latest wireless network technology, developed the "smart drug basket" pharmacy management system, so that the hospital pharmacy drug management more convenient, fast, accurate.

Ii. System framework

As shown in the figure, the whole system framework consists of three parts: "wisdom medicine basket" and Ethernet-to-ZigBee gateway. The upper computer on the PC sends instructions to the Ethernet-to-ZigBee gateway, and the gateway converts the protocol into zigbee signals, which are sent wirelessly to the wisdom basket to control the wisdom basket to turn on or off the light and blink.

Three, system composition

1. Smart medicine basket

The internal structure of the smart medicine basket is shown in the figure. It is customized by Guangzhou Yifan Cloud Technology. It integrates two-color LED lights, LED light driver circuit, Zigbee wireless communication module and built-in lithium battery charging management unit.

When the ZigBee module receives the instruction sent from the PC, it will drive the LED to blink, indicating that the patient can come to get the medicine. The light screen on the medicine basket keeps flashing green for 5 seconds, and the electronic medicine basket uses the light screen position to blink red for 0.7 seconds every 4 seconds to show the reminder when the battery is low (it can be modified according to the requirements of the hospital). The external USB interface can charge the battery, and the built-in lithium battery charging management unit can prevent short circuit and overflushing and other problems. 2, Ethernet to Zigbee gateway

The function of the Ethernet-to-ZigBee gateway is to realize the mutual conversion of zigbee signals and Internet signals, and it is developed through TCP/UDP, so as to seamlessly access the computer. Such devices are also standard at Yifan and do not need to be developed again.
